CNC Machining: (Computer Numerical Control) is a process where CNC software is used to precisely guide a machine tool to cut and shape materials.

  • CNC machining is commonly used for complex shapes that require high accuracy

  • A wide range of materials are available (Metals, Wood, Composite Boards, Plastic)

  • Typical Machine accuracy .025mm to .13mm

  • Optimal for prototyping and large production batches

  • High precision, repeatability and flexibility
